The port of the Settlers' Council and Whalesong Shores

Two posts show ports of Auroria. One is the seat of the Settlers' Council and the capital of the region, the foothold for exploring the continent. The other is the busiest port of Whalesong Shores, where the Airship Workshop remains closed. Neither says that they are the same place.
The port of the Settlers' Council
The post calls it the united port that serves as a foothold for the exploration of Auroria. There stands the highest administrative body of the continent, the Settlers' Council, and the place functions as the capital of the region. There are orderly squares along the wide docks of the east and of the west. The text points to it as the point from which the adventure in Auroria starts.
The images show an illustrated map, with no legible place names, and a porticoed square with two lit braziers, pennants, and houses of stone and wood. The lookout on the cover shows a canal, three people, and a city of red roofs against a mountain in the background. The post does not label those framings.

GAP: the post does not say what this port is called, so it is not taken as given that it is Seaglass Harbor or the one at Whalesong Shores.
Whalesong Shores and the Airship Workshop
The Airship Workshop is now off limits and wrapped in silence. A tragic accident claimed the lives of many residents. The site remains the most active and bustling port of Whalesong Shores. The post finds that bustle strangely excessive.
“Almost as if trying to hide something at all costs,” according to @ArcheAgeChron. It does not say what is being hidden, nor how the accident happened, nor when it occurred.
