Repentant Shadows

The Repentant Shadows appear once, inside the story of a weapon. During the 25-Year War, Axas, a soldier of the Repentant Shadows, wielded the Thorned Halberd and single-handedly brought down the enemy fortress. His horrendous power has continued to be a symbol of fear.

Now Axas guards the Dark Blade armory, in Whalebone Graveyard, and punishes anyone who dares to enter. The post does not say that the Repentant Shadows exist today as an organization, nor that Axas is a Dark Blade.

Another post about the 25-Year War speaks of dead warriors and aristocrats whose souls wander Auroria, consumed by twisted wraiths through the Rancor. It does not name the Repentant Shadows.
